Major bug fixed

I've just discovered and fixed a major bug in the forum: people weren't able to reply to threads. This came about despite no change in the underlying code. The fix came from removing an outdated and unecessary bug fix. I've now also implemented some basic BBCode, and Smilies
. A popup page will soon follow that details how to use them.No comments.
